Pharmcare provides customized service levels to meet the needs of any particular Long Term 

Care setting such as Assisted Living facility , group home , or individual resident. Pharmcare specializes
in unit dose blister packaging for any Long Term Care facility at no additional cost. We have daily
delivery service and monthly charge account. Pharmcare can bill the medications through insurances
and the co-payment to the family member of the resident.

Our Long Term Care Prescription Service includes the followings, but not limit to:

•   “On-Call” pharmacist available for emergency situation after hour 24/ 7/ 365.
•   Hand delivered medications on schedule to meet the requirements of the facility.
•   Providing compounded medications to meet patient’s special individual needs.
•  Providing Pharmacist Consultation services to audit patients charts for over or under drug utilizations, therapeutic duplications, drug interactions, and perform drug destructions for facilities.

For your convenience, delivery service is available at a minimal cost upon request.
